Refunds / Exchanges

If you have any issues/problems or are not happy with your purchase please contact me right away so I can help you better. If you ordered the wrong size/color or just do not like the item(s), you can return it for a full refund excluding the return postage. However, please contact me first with a tracking number so I know that you are returning it and can issue your refund. If the item that you purchased was customized specifically for your order (e.i. specific name/initials, etc), unfortunately, a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions:

This certificate may be used online at Ericka’s House of Elegance (EHE) only and may not be used to purchase more gift certificates. Purchases will be deducted until the balance reaches zero. Unused values may not be redeemed or refunded for cash. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Ericka’s House of Elegance associates may not change these terms. This certificate does not have an expiration date. There are no maintenance fees.
